VICTOR ANDRADE EXTRADITED FROM MEXICO
PRESS RELEASE
Lapeer, Michigan - United States Department of Justice has informed the Lapeer County Prosecutor's Office that the Government of Mexico has approved the extradition of Victor Manuel Andrade. Andrade, who is wanted in Lapeer County on a charge of Second Degree Murder, will be extradited from Mexico to Houston, Texas, on Thursday, August 21, 2008. After arriving in Houston he will then be transported by agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to Michigan and the Lapeer County Sheriff's Department. He will then be arraigned in the 71-A District Court on Friday, August 22, 2008.
